This smooth and easy-drinking small-batch bourbon pays tribute to Kentucky's first distiller, Evan Williams (the "Father of Bourbon") who opened a distillery on the banks of the Ohio River in 1783. Drawn from fewer than 200 barrels per batch, it uses extra-aged bourbon (up to eight years) for extra depth.
