On the nose you'll find apricot, peach and orange blossom. The palate is fresh and dry with bright red apple, red current and rose petal. A stylish, fresh and dry-style Rosé that is excellent as an aperitif or matched with prosciutto wraped melon, buttermilk-fried cauliflower, and delicate fish with sea salt.
