The two-parted maturation process gives more depth and complexity, which is the idea behind the limited DISTILLERS EDITION: preserving the perfection of the single malts that have already been awarded for their outstanding flavours. The selected taste nuances are more strongly accentuated in a way that is not found in the regular bottlings, but with fully maintaining the original character of these fine single malts. Double matured in elegant Amontillado Seasoned American Oak casks to complement the whisky's sophisticated balance between sweet and dry, the Distillers Edition reveals a fascinating, crisp and fuller bodied character of Glenkinchie.

This whisky is Dr Bill's attempt to bottle the magic of sunset, with its endless horizon of reds, oranges and purples. The Lasanta begins with their giraffe-high stills, which yield a deliciously delicate and fruity spirit. Next, they mature it in bourbon and sherry casks for 12 years, transforming it into a mouth-watering odyssey bursting with rich spiciness and sun-drenched sweetness. It radiates with raisins, honeycomb and chocolate-covered hazelnuts lightened by cinnamon breezes. Each time you watch the sunset, you see something different - this is how it is to drink Lasanta.

This whisky was born from the memory of entering a pastry shop for the very first time. In Nectar d'Or you can taste it all. To create it, Glenmorangie take the delicate, fruity spirit of their giraffe-high stills and age it in American oak bourbon casks along with casks that once held Sauternes sweet white wine. The outcome is like a silky dessert-filled daydream of white chocolate swirled with lemon cream, crème caramel, almond croissants... all balanced by a soft drumbeat of spice. Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old is Glenmorangie's signature whisky reimagined, to make it more delicious than ever. Aged for a further two years, it is even smoother, creamier and more luscious than The Original 10YO. And so, this whisky catapults The Original's much-loved notes of orange, honey, vanilla and peach to a new pinnacle of flavour. The extra contact the whisky has with the wood, brings additional mellowness and depth to the whisky.

Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels. Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild - a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment. In their giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as they let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal. The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint. Like stepping into a chocolate-minty-orange unknown, the journey is as delicious as the destination.

To create it, Glenmorangie gather the silky, fruity spirit from their giraffe-high stills and let it steep in American oak casks. No less than 15 years later, they transfer a portion into Oloroso sherry casks for three more years. Once 18 years have passed, Glenmorangie reunite them to create its warm balance of sweet, floral lushness. Slow-burning, aromatic peat from Hobbister Moor; hand-turned floor maltings, Sherry seasoned European oak casks, cool maturation in the temperate island climate and a long and unhurried harmonisation process. Highland Park 18YO is predominantly matured in 1st fill European oak Sherry-seasoned casks, delivering a remarkable complexity over time. It delivers lingering layers of sweet honeyed malt wrapped up in subtle floral peat smoke. Over 18 years, the cool Northern climate causes the whisky to age slowly and evenly, providing balanced maturation and depth of flavour.

Selecting similar quantities of contrasting cask types - nine first-fill European sherry seasoned oak hogsheads, eight ex-bourbon hogsheads, and nine refill hogsheads - gives the November 2019 Release of Highland Park 21 Year Old single malt whisky an impressively rounded and unique flavour. As the warm spices and rich dried fruit flavours of the European casks mingle with the sweeter, exotic fruit notes from the ex-bourbon hogsheads, the softer influence of the refill casks finishes off the harmony.
