Zucca Rabarbaro (pronounced 'ra-barb-bar-row') is an Italian aperitif made using the root of the true Chinese Rhubarb, which grows only in the mountainous regions of Kansu province. Pleasantly bitter, balanced, lingering and long on the palate.
