Tamdhu 12 Year Old is a rich and silky Speyside single malt that reflects the distillery's unwavering commitment to 100% Oloroso sherry oak maturation. Crafted exclusively in first-fill and refill American and European oak casks sourced from Jerez, Spain. On the nose, it opens with inviting notes of iced cinnamon rolls, orange sweets, and raisins over fresh oak. The palate is smooth and generous, unfolding layers of banana, berry jam, and malt biscuit wrapped in classic sherry richness, before leading into a long, balanced finish of dried fruit, gentle spice, and soft Scottish tablet, with a subtle whisper of peat smoke at the close.
