Mt Difficulty is a boutique winery located in Bannockburn, Central Otago, and was named after the mountain overlooking Felton road and the southern Cromwell basin. As the vineyards are ageing Mt Difficulty are starting to see additional complexity emerging each vintage. Inviting and opulent, the palate is flush with sweet cherry & blueberry, followed by trademark earth & savoury notes and framed by baking spice and fine grained French Oak. The fruit floods through to the finish with a juicy balance, indicating acidity that will keep the wine aging well.

The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. The addition of fruit from their Bendigo vineyard has lends a powerful, darker edge. Roaring Meg Pinot Noir features red, blue and black berry fruit aromatics. The palate is harmonious with rich dark berries and a savoury line underneath. A hint of spice and dried thyme complement the succulent fruit. Fine silky tannins frame the wine with a great flow and finish.

All the characteristics of the distinctive new word are captured in Mud House's South Australian wines. A beautifully structured, juicy Cabernet Sauvignon featuring black currant, mulberry and vanilla bean aromas, complemented by spicy plum flavours and a lovely, long finish.

A juicy and enticing Pinot Noir from Central Otago. Aromas of bold cherry and fresh red berries are underpinned by savoury notes and spicy oak. Dark fruit flavours flow into a smooth palate, delivering a long finish with fine tannins and juicy acidity.

The 2025 Mudbrick Reserve Bordeaux appears inky black with blushing ruby edges. It displays powerful aromas of violets, liquorice, plums, cedar and tobacco. The palate is concentrated with dark fruits, juicy black plums and cocoa undertones. The plush round tannins give structure, and the slight spice carries through for a long pure finish.

The 2025 Mudbrick Shepherd's Point Merlot displays aromas of plums, coco, violets, and toasty oak. The palate is soft and generous with plush round tannins concentrated fruits and has a long finish.

The Central Otago terroir produces Pinot Noir fruit that is intensely coloured and brimming with flavour, this fruit creates stunning wines with black fruit characteristics and richly perfumed aromatics. Dark blackcurrant, wild blackberry, dried herb and spice drive the aromatics which then lead to a lush ripe textural flow showing great density and depth. The wine finishes with great softness and drive.
