Our flagship wine, this is a fruit-driven and expressive Sauvignon Blanc, grown from premium vineyards across the world-famous Marlborough region of New Zealand. Perfect with seafood, salads, and goat cheese.

A classic expression of Burgundy winemaking, Patriarche Père & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay reflects over 240 years of tradition and expertise from one of the region's oldest houses. This wine showcases the elegance and approachability of Burgundy Chardonnay - Pale yellow in colour with a bright clarity, it opens with fresh aromas of citrus, white flowers, and subtle vanilla. On the palate, it's vibrant and well-rounded, offering notes of green apple, pear, peach, and a hint of toasted almond. Partial oak aging adds depth and a smooth texture, while the crisp acidity keeps the finish clean and refreshing. Elegant yet approachable, this wine is a crowd-pleaser - perfect on its own or paired with seafood, poultry, cheese, or light pasta dishes.

A proud expression of 240 years of Burgundian tradition, Patriarche Père & Fils is a benchmark name in Burgundy. Sourced from the limestone-rich soils of the Mâconnais, this wine showcases the signature freshness of the region. Aged in stainless steel to preserve its bright character, it pours a luminous yellow with green reflections. On the palate, it's light and fruity, delivering notes of soft apple, creamed pear, and ripe stone fruit. A lively acidity balances the richness, leading to a smooth, lingering finish. Elegant yet approachable, this Mâcon-Villages is ideal as an aperitif or paired with starters, salmon, salads, and white meats.

The wine shows ripe stone fruit characters suggestive of yellow fleshed peaches and apricots intertwined with hints of lychees, loquats and fresh figs. Honeysuckle and comb honey characters come from the botrytis.

On the nose there are aromas of citrus, as well as honeydew melon and some stone fruit (peach and nectarine). In addition there is a hint of struck match which adds complexity and a flinty minerality. The palate is concentrated with refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.

Floral hints, suggestive of rose petals, intertwine with Turkish delight, spices, oriental musk, incense and candle smoke. It is big-boned and mouth-filling with a smooth, unctuous texture, balanced by a long dry finish.

This wine has a star bright lemon hue and while lemons, limes and mandarins come to the fore, there is a background of ripe stonefruit such as peaches and apricots. Honeysuckle and honeycomb influences come from botrytis, which has also made the wine more full bodied and concentrated. It has a spine of natural acidity and tingling minerality that helps draw out the palate structure to a citrus zest finish

Aromas of orange blossom, nectarine and fresh nutmeg combine with delicate layers of subtly integrated oak, fine minerality and ripe citrus fruit flavours.
