Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet is a reflection of the Penfolds winemaking style and philosophy. Sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, the wine is known for its full-flavoured style with excellent Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, firm yet well-rounded structure and balanced oak. Made as a traditional 'Australian blend', the Shiraz component provides fleshy fruit flavour while Cabernet Sauvignon provides a frame of fine grained tannins. Date, boysenberry & sweet cinnamon abound. Pair with grilled meats, lamb chops or charcuterie.

The Penfolds Max's range pays tribute to the winery's first Chief Winemaker, Max Schubert, celebrating his relentless pursuit of excellence and the enduring philosophy of sourcing the finest fruit from Australia's best wine regions. Max's Shiraz reflects this legacy with a contemporary interpretation of one of Australia's most celebrated varieties. Aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, cranberries and plum are layered with notes of white fruit cake, vanilla sponge and savoury Mediterranean influences. The palate is smooth and precise, revealing redcurrant, rhubarb and goji flavours with silky graphite-like tannins and steely acidity. Approachable in its youth, it offers balance, focus and refined texture.

A Penfolds original that has never followed the crowd, St Henri has remained true to its distinctive style since its first commercial vintage in 1957. Unlike most great Australian reds, it relies on no new oak, instead maturing in large, seasoned vats that give the Shiraz time to develop without masking its character. The 2019 vintage is unmistakably St Henri, revealing generous blackberry and mulberry fruit alongside pomegranate, cranberry and subtle hints of liquorice, dried mint and paprika. Savoury notes of bresaola, prosciutto and herbs add an intriguing depth, while a fine graphite core gives the wine structure. The palate is generous and textural, combining dark fruit with rich, savoury flavours and a touch of sweet custard pastry. Mouth-watering acidity brings balance, while exceptionally fine cocoa-toned tannins provide a long, silky finish. Restrained rather than showy, the 2019 St Henri demonstrates why this enduring Penfolds style has stood apart for generations. Enjoyable now, it has the structure and balance to evolve beautifully in the cellar through to 2045.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, blackcurrants and plums with mint and varietal leafy notes. The palate is plush with flavours balanced by fine, textural tannins.

Vibrant and expressive, the Pepperjack Central Otago Pinot Noir pours a brilliant scarlet with a subtle violet hue. Enticing aromas of juicy plum, dark cherry, and mocha are lifted by a hint of wild thyme, setting the stage for a richly layered palate. Bursting with dark cherry and luscious cassis, this Pinot is balanced by silky tannins and a supple mouthfeel. Pepperjack Mid strikes a balance between the art of traditional winemaking that Pepperjack is renowned for, and the science of cutting-edge de-alcoholisation and flavour retention technology. Still bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this mid-strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins.

A tribute to the Barossa's winemaking heritage, Pepperjack is crafted using a blend of traditional techniques and modern flair. Winemaker Richard Mattner - a born-and-bred Barossa local - loves making Pepperjack wines as much as he loves drinking them, especially alongside a great steak. As he says: "Why would I need anything else?" Deep dark red with a vibrant purple rim, the nose bursts with rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha, and spice. The palate is plush and layered, delivering concentrated dark fruits, fine tannins, and a soft, lingering finish. Pepperjack Shiraz is a true Barossa classic.

Enticing aromatics of hazelnut, nutmeg, pear and white peach compliment an elegant and soft palate with fine texture and layers of grapefruit zest, ginger spice and Central Otago stonefruit. Peregrine's organic Pinot Gris is dry in style showing lovely ripe fruit and a subtle texture from a small portion of barrel fermentation. The cooler climate of Central Otago allows Peregrine to maintain a refreshing acidity and great length on the palate.
